Our goal is to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition and within the promised timeline.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India, including both urban and semi-urban areas.
Delivery to remote or rural locations may take additional time or may require coordination through local logistics partners.


3. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing the tracking details.

4. Delivery Timeline

5. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹25,000.
  • Below ₹25,000: Nominal delivery charge applicable as per weight and destination.
  • Installation orders include delivery as part of the service unless otherwise specified.

6. Installation & Site Delivery

For solar rooftop installations, delivery will be scheduled after site inspection and approval.
Our technical team will coordinate with you to ensure smooth delivery of materials and installation at your location.
Customers must ensure that the site is accessible and ready for installation on the scheduled date.


7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID/link via email or WhatsApp
  • Logistics partner name and contact number (if applicable)
    You can track your order anytime using the provided link or by contacting our customer care team.

8. Delays or Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural calamities or weather conditions
  • Supply chain or transport disruptions
  • Government or regulatory restrictions

In such cases, we will inform you promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


9. Delivery Confirmation

At the time of delivery, please:

  • Inspect the packages for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Ensure that the correct quantity and product type have been delivered.
  • Report any missing or damaged items to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@greentechenergy.in.

10. Change of Delivery Address

Requests for changing the delivery address must be made before shipment dispatch.
Once shipped, address changes may not be possible or may attract additional charges.


11. Ownership & Risk

Ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon full payment.
Risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery at the customer’s address or installation site.
